Authentic, traditional fishing trips with fishing boat “Christina-Maria”

The trip offers a one-time experience of actual processes of fishing with nets and exploration some of the unique beaches of Naxos.

During the trip, you will have the chance to enjoy the delicious fishing soup or grilled fish, freshly caught during the trip.

Out fisherman Stamatis will lay out the net early morning and you will be able to join him in taking in the net, setting off from the port of Agia Anna at 8:00 am.

You will be able to take delight in observing the “catch of the day” as it is reeled in. After you will be taken to the beach (exact location depending on weather direction, e.g. Rina, Agios Sozon, Spedo, Koufonissi, Ιraklia etc.).

The crew will then proceed to detangle the fish, clean and cook them whilst you enjoy a relaxing swim. Whoever wishes may also participate or observe the preparations.

After enjoying the freshest of fine fish and local wine, you will be returned to the port of Agia Anna at 14:30 pm.
